2024 AGM Notice to Members

Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Yukon Chamber of Commerce

Dear Members,

Pursuant to Article 4, Clause 24(d) of the Yukon Chamber of Commerce's Constitution and Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Yukon Chamber of Commerce will take place as follows:

Date: Wednesday, October 9, 2024 Time: 8:30 AM Venue: Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre, Whitehorse, Yukon

Theme: Embracing Change & Renewal
The AGM will be conducted in conjunction with Day 2 of the Magnetic North Business Conference 2024. The agenda will include the presentation of the annual report, the financial statements, the appointment of a professional accountant and auditor, the election of directors, and any other business that may properly come before the meeting in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws.

All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and participate. Please note that only members whose dues are current will be eligible to vote. If you have any matters you wish to be included on the agenda, please submit them in writing to the Yukon Chamber of Commerce no later than September 20th, 2024.

We look forward to your presence and meaningful participation in shaping the future of our Chamber and the broader business community.
