Call for Nominations: WSCA Appeal Tribunal Position
(Whitehorse, Yukon) The Workers’ Safety and Compensation Board is now welcoming nominations to serve in the position of “Representative of Employers” on the Appeal Tribunal, as established under the Workers’ Safety and Compensation Act (WSCA).

Please note, candidates should be familiar with Sections 158 through 169 of the WSCA, which came into effect on July 1. These sections introduce the responsibilities of the members of the appeal tribunal, appeal panel processes and jurisdiction of the tribunal.
