All contractors who are working in YG workplaces must have received one
dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by November 30, 2021 and two doses by
January 30, 2022.

We understand you may have questions about how this may affect you and the
work you do for YG. While details are still being developed, we’ve compiled a
list of common questions and answers here.
1. What kind of workplaces does this mandate apply to?
All workplaces in which YG employees work. This includes:
office spaces
public facing spaces
meeting rooms
cubicles and desk spaces
More details on these locations will be provided soon.
2. When will I need to prove the vaccine status of my staff?
It’s your responsibility as a contractor to ensure that all of your staff entering a
government workplace are vaccinated. If a compliance officer asks your staff to
show proof, they’ll need to show:
a government-issued Proof of Vaccination Credential (PVC), either in paper or digital
form and;
a government issued photo ID.
3. How will this new requirement affect my contract with YG?
In addition to any applicable contract terms, contractors will need to comply
with the new vaccination requirements in the performance of their contract
with YG.
4. What happens if I am unable to complete a contract with YG because
my staff are unvaccinated?
If you have concerns about a specific contract you are working on, please
contact your contract manager, or fill out the inquiry form.
