Yukon Housing Corporation launched three housing initiatives fund this year, that provides capital grants across the Yukon for construction of new affordable rental housing.
Projects could be eligible for up to $50 000 per unit to a maximum of $500 000.
An eligible plan must include a minimum of four affordable units in Whitehorse or two affordable units in rural Yukon
These funding are available on Rural areas; Whitehorse areas and are also applicable for project concepts.
The time limit to apply is December 2nd, 2019.
